We currently ship across India.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email and/or SMS.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, courier delays, or remote serviceable locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

• a damaged product,
• a defective product, or
• an incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, kindly share:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Images of the outer packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in cases where:

• An order cannot be fulfilled.
• A replacement is not possible for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
